The Ordered Alternatives Test Problem based on Aligned Ranks in Complete Block Design

In this paper, based on the Aligned Ranks a test named C test to solve the ordered alternatives test problem is derived, the property of the C test in complete block design with each experiment unit having only one observation, equally and unequally repeated observations are discussed respectively, the expected value and variance of the C statistic are given when the null hypothesis is true, the asymptotic normality of the C statistic is also proven.
