Projeotion Pursuit （PP） is a olass of new statistioal methods to prooess and analyze multiariate data, espeoially non-normal data. This paper is a review of PP. A briof history and the update developments of PP indioes, PP estimation, PP regression, PP density estimation and other related theoretioal problems are inoluded.
