Let Xi1,Xi2……,Xin, be a sample for random variable Xi, (i=1,2,…,m) and {Xij, 1≤ i≤m, 1≤j≤ni} be independent. Suppose that Xi is distributed as N(θi,δi2)(θiandδi are unknown) and the condition P(X1>c)≤P(X2>c)≤…≤P(Xm>c),for some tixed number c holds. In this paper, we have given the point estimate and the lower confidence limit forP(Xm>c) based on all data {Xij, 1≤ i≤m, 1≤j≤ni}, which has important value in the reliability engineering.
