DISTRIBUTION OF THE AMPLITUDE AND ARGUMENT OF THE SUM OF BIRANDOM VECTORS

In some physical problems,we need the following procedure:randomly selecting N ramdom vectors from N ones.The problem related to this phenomenon is called “bira ndom problem”.In this paper,a formal definition of birandom vector is given and the characteristic numbers of the sum of birandom vectors are calculated and the distribution and asymptotic distribution of the amplitude and the argument of the sum of birandom vectors are studied under the condition of strong independence.
