The First Stage Optimal Sample Quantities of Stein’s Two Stage Problem
When precision and confidence are given, Stein （1954） proposed a two stage smple method, and constructed a confidence interval.This paper use numerical experiment and evaluation to give the first stage optimal sample quantities.
