ON THE CAPACITY REGION OF A NOISY WOM

In this paper, we consider the capacity region of a noisy write once memory under two situations in which either the encoder does not know or both the encoder and the decoder do not know, the previous state. Some inner bound and outed bound of the capacity region is presented, it is showed that this bound describes the capacity region in several instances.
