ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHM OF SLOW SERVER SYSTEM

In this paper, a queueing system with two servers which have different serving speeds is discussed. Assuming that only the c-th customer in the queue wille meet the slow server, we analyse the queue length and waiting time of the queueing system. We get explicit solution for the distribution of queue length.
