Two-Step Mothod Estimator in Nested Case-Control Studies
We introduce a two-step method estimator of hazard ratios in nested case-control studies in this note.Consistency of the estimator is investigated for general nested case-control sampling designs under proportional hazards model. We present a condition for the estimator to be consistent for large cohort. Some examples arepresented to illustrate the conclusions.
