Data Analysis and Tolerance Limit for Accelerated Life Test under Lognormal Dis1 ribution

In this paper, we discuss the paramelor estimator from tbe data of accelerated life testing under the lognornal distribution. Then we use these data to develop a tolerance limit of the items for normal stress levels. At last we illuslrate our methods by a numerical example.
