Statistical Analysis for the Weibull Distribution Based on Constant Stress Accelerated Life Test Data

In this paper, we derive the approximate interval estimation and approximate unbiased estimation of the Weibull distribution based on constant stress accelerated life test data. Using Monte Carlo method, we research the precision of the approximate unbiased estimation and approximate interval estimation of the Weibull distribution. The simulation results show the approximate precision is relatively good.
