In this article we suppose that the response Y-N （μ,σ2）, and give the unbiased estimates of μ2 and σ2 in the case of parameter design using composite noise factors. Also, we show that it ie possible to improve estimate precision for σ2. By simulation it is indicated that the estimates of signal to noise ratio are more close to true values.
