A NEW METHOD OF FACTORIAL ANALYSIS AND THE DESIGN OF INCOMPLETE BLOCK
As we all know, the statistical analysis of an incomplete block design is quite troublesome, especially for a partially balanced incomplete block design. This paper presents a new method of factorial analysis and the design of incomplete blocks using an orthogonal array （OA）. Then we apply the method to a real experiment.
