Multivariate C_p Value

This paper presents the definition of multivariate process capbility index C_p , derived its destributions concerned and lower confidence limits, and also obtained the critical values which can determine whether the process is capable. These results can be used to make statistical inferences for process capability of mjltiple quality characteristics.
