  • Let Q be a quasi Q-matrix with single instantaneous state. We obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of quasi B-type Q-process. In particular, if Q is quasi-conservative, we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for Q to be Q-matrix.
