  • 摘要: 本文利用统计推断原理,对于正态分布、指数分布及Gamma分布的情形,导出工序能力指致Cp值的最优无偏估计及最优检验,还讨论了两个质量指标情形的工序能力指数的估计。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the best unbiased estimator and the best test of the Cp index are deduced by using the theory of statistical inference, under the assumption that the process measurements arise from a normal, an exponential or a Gamma distribution.
