Interval Estimation in the Step-Stress Accelerated Life Testing based on the Exponential Model

摘要: 本文对寿命分布为指数分布的情形,对逆幂律模型,由步进应力加速寿命试验所获得的数据,给出了逆幂律模型中未知参数的区间估计,从而可得到在实际应用所需的加速系数的区间估计。

Abstract: In this paper, we propose an interval estimation for the parameters in the inverse power laws model, based on the type II censored data from the step-stress accelerated life testing for an exponential distribution.
