对IECTC-56(C.O.)162的改进

IMPROVEMENT ON IEC TC-56（CO）162

摘要: IEC TC-56(C.O)162号文件¹的依据是Bain＆Engelhardt(1986)的文章².本文首先对1、2给出的Weibull分布可靠性下限、可靠寿命下限、特征寿命的置信区间的近似方法进行了改进,其次以Lawless条件方法为依据,对这些方法用广泛范围的数值进行比较,其结果表明:本文提出的方法,一般地(特别是在工程常用范围内)优于1的方法,故建议IEC TC-56(C.O)162号文件采纳本文的方法进行修改;而1推荐的形状参数近似限、全样本下特征寿命近似限都有很高的精度,可供应用.

Abstract: Bain ＆ Engelhardt’s paper² is the main foundation of IECTC-56（CO）162¹. In this paper, Some improvements for 1, 2 are presented.
Based on Lawless’ conditional method, the mumerical comparison for the approximate lower limits of weibull reliability, reliable life and characteristic life which are obtained by this paper and 1 respectively are conducted.
The results indicate that the method given by this paper is superior to the method of 1. Otherwise, we consider that the accuracies of the approximate limits from 1 for the shape parameter in both complete and censored cases and for the characteristic life in complete are very high, and can meet the practical need.
