Abstract: In this paper, we propose three mutually independent variables that can be used to constract simultaneous confidence region of three parameters for the threeparameter Weibull distribution when three parameters are unknow, the complete and type Ⅱ censored sampling are considered. Furthermere, we discuss also approximate confidence region for middle or large size of sample.
