Abstract: In this paper, the definition of go, no-go type environmental factor is given. The exact fiducial limits and Bayesian limits of negative binomial environmental factor K are derived. The approximate limits of K with high accuracy and compating convenience are presented to meet the practical engineering needs. And these mothods are illustrated.
