Abstract: This article discusses application of regression diagnostics founding on the method of Model Output Statistics making to predict precipitation day by day at three-day intervals. Predicited results of regression diagnostics are compared with that of before the diagnoslics. After applying regression diagnostics to precipitation prediction, the results of prediction are better.
