指数分布场合下无失效数据的统计分析

Statistical Analysis about Zeao-failure Data Using Memoryless Property of Exponential Distribution

摘要: 由于产品的可靠性愈来愈高,所以在可靠性寿命试验中, “无失效数据”的现象也愈来愈多.本文根据指数分布的无记忆性,给出可靠度的先验分布,进而在无失效数据的情况下,得到了平均寿命的Bayes估计.

Abstract: Using the memoryless property of exponential distribution functions, the paper gives the relation about survival-probability R_i in time t_i. Basing on the relation we obtain the Bayesain estimations about R_iin time T_i and estimate the distribution’s parameter.
