Abstract: In this paper, we first discuss statistical model and data analyses under accelerated life testingby Circular- Progressive-Stress when the life distribution follows a Weibull distribution, then givefive methods of estimators of parameters. Fially, we compare these estimators by using MonteCarlo simulation.
