Abstract: This paper gives a definition of error matrices and effect matrices and their distributions for a class of multi-factor experiments. Also gives a sufficient condition for the effect matrices and effect matrices and error matrices to be independent and deduces an apparent formula which is used to compute a class of particular effect matrices. Finaly,we obtain some results of the analysis of generalized variance.
