Data Analysis and Tolerance Limit for Accelerated Life Test under Lognormal Dis1 ribution

摘要: 本文在寿命分布为对数正态分布场合,对恒定应力加速寿命试验的数据分析进行了讨论。利用加速应力水平下的寿命数据给出了正常工作应力水平下产品寿命的容忍限,并以一数值例加以说明。

Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the paramelor estimator from tbe data of accelerated life testing under the lognornal distribution. Then we use these data to develop a tolerance limit of the items for normal stress levels. At last we illuslrate our methods by a numerical example.
