Abstract: The determination for quality cost and management plans in business, whether or not its activities can achieve success, is an important link. This paper explores and presents an effective method of quality cost prediction and management plan decisions. Namely, the method can help businesses to seek for satisfactory quality cost and management plans through calculation and analysis for expectation and variance of controlled predictive value.
