Abstract: In this article we suppose that the response Y-N （μ,σ²）, and give the unbiased estimates of μ² and σ² in the case of parameter design using composite noise factors. Also, we show that it ie possible to improve estimate precision for σ². By simulation it is indicated that the estimates of signal to noise ratio are more close to true values.
