Abstract: In this paper, we present a method of how to make factor anlysis when suvey data compose of some item-nonresponse. We combine the factor anlysis model and response model, treating the factors as latent variables and, allows response pobability have a logist model. After that, we give a two-step method to estimate the parameters. In the end of this paper, real data analyses illustrate that our models and estimation metheods are applicable.
