Abstract: The problem of optimum plans for step-stress accelerated life testing was studied in 1 and 2. But 1 studied only in the case of complete sample. Extending the results of 1, 2 discussed the censored sample in the case of two stresses. In this paper, we extended the results of 2 to k stresses under general accelerated model with k unknown parameters.
